forgot to ask you, how much did you get your balrog statue for, did you pre-order it when they first came out? any chance of posting some pics!

well this isn't the right thread for these but here it is from my collection thread.

i believe i burned 2G's on this one, and with dollar exchange, shipping, brokerage and customs charges, probably closer to 3G's in the end
oh well i still think it was worth it in the end.
truely has to be seen to appreciate it's beauty. i tell ya i was sitting on pins and needles until it showed up in good condition.

MO #33 arrived today!!! It's one of the best things SS has ever done - the tunic on mine is much darker than I was expecting. Now bring on the Beserker!

Mine came today. Base's paint was flaking off (hmm... reminds me of another statue that had paint flaking of it ).
I called the place where I ordered it from, and they're sending me a new one. Other than that problem, it looks fantastic. I don't mind the red material on it. Not as bad as I thought it would be.

Most underrated PF in awhile, the people that got scared of the red clothes will regret it later. I just got a Lurtz, he is badass and all, but my orc really steals the show.

Mine came today, after i'd cancelled twice due to financial reasons but very glad i went with it in the end. Looks great, going to display him in is helm. Even the wife said its OK which from the dudess means thats freakin s**t hot.

No, it really isn't, in fact IMO the general sculpt and awesomeness means you really do not notice!
