Huh. Only real similarities I see is that they're both rich males who have a side gig as a superhero. I guess they both have black hair, too, but. . .both have completely different personalities, motivations, and powers. There were several wealthy JSA members, but I don't consider them to be Batman rip-offs (some might even have pre-dated Batman. . .).
