I've seen a LOT of these kinds of listings. I mentioned it to someone at eBay CS and it seemed to me that they were more interested in getting the seller's listing fees to bother with following their own rules. So, Caveat Emptor! (Buyer Beware!)

I am getting a little worried since I just noticed that the PPO for the Iron Man fig and this dio are on the SAME day and at the SAME time. I just hope the servers hold up b/c there will be a lot of people trying to get one or the other or both.

The servers should be fine. I think the fact the PPO is spread over two days will help immensely.

The sad things about this one is that you can preorder these directly from Disney at:

There is no waiting list. No difficulty getting them. You just call Disney and preorder. This guy with this ebay auction is going to scam someone out of about $500.
I sent him an ebay question asking him if these were the same ones you can preorder from Disney directly or if they were special in some way the way those glasses are in those TV commercials where the guy puts the glasses on and he can see women in their underwear or where the old lady puts the glasses on and sees her old man as a young man. No response yet from the Scalper Scum seller. I ordered mine from Disney. Including shipping from Disney, they are a total of $900. The Scalper Scum total with shipping is about $1400. I feel so sorry for whoever falls for this and throws away $500.
