MR T Clubber lang head help..

ok i got a question regarding this guys, i found the head on its own, and jst wondered if any1 could suggest a good body to use for it to start a custom, and im not thinking of the actual clubber lang body, i was going to get the head and another body.

also, frm the pic, any one got any suggestions on how to make and connect a small feather ear ring to his left ear like in the a team??

im jst wondering if there are some good hot toys bodys availble that would be gr8 to use with this hot toys clubber head, or will this head fit any body??

im also wondering, as im new to this, does this clubber head need a neck piece or anything or aparticular body to connect it to??

Hi Cocoboloboy, excuse my ignorance, but do u mean u not seen the ht mr t figure with the head off, and what is the black true type u have seen? and will that neck joint u sent me fit most hot toys bodys??

HT did offer up a black TT. It was the only one you could find for a while. Saw that head as well but it is overpriced. I bought a Clubber Lang street version from a fellow freak here. It has a black TT body as well as feather earrings.

yes i saw the head was alittle high in price. so i take it id need a tt body for that head?? im new to this guys so are jst figuring out what bits i need so all the help is great!!

ill have a look for a hot tt body. and yeah i noticed the street clubber already has the hearrings attatched.

One issue you would run into with standard bodies is that most won't be beefy enough for a BA custom. And for the price the seller is charging you'd be better off buying an entire Clubber Lang figure and using the body and head as a jumping off point.

Its hard to find nude hands for HT figures... but I think finding a pair of gloved hands would be doable (since Clubber doesn't come with them).

As for the earring... I would say you could probably pierce the ear with a needle and thread a string through it. Then attach either a real or fake set of feathers. You could also just use glue, but be careful not to make it sloppy of you do.

thanks galactiboy!!!! yeah i may be best goin for the full clubber figure, if i track 1 of them down, then jst use the body and head etc from that and jst make minor changes, like the costume etc???? i take it most 1/6 clotihng would fit the hot toys clubber body?? i was thinking for ba either the denim dungarees or army combat trousers tucked into some leather army boots.

and gloved hands?? ba didnt wear gloves much from what i remember, so id prefer maybe plain hands.

so another bit of help, if u knw of any1 on the board or anywhere else i can get hold of a clubber hot toys fig at a gud price then PLEASE do let me know!! pref the street version as he has normal hands that i can use, the boxing gear version jst has the gloves and his bandage wrapped hands. id happily take this out of the packaging if needs be.

I meant to type "offer" not "off" in my earlier post but it looks like you've got your questions answered. Hope you can find the parts you need for BA!

Truthfully... get the non-street. The body on the Street version is the regular True Type and will not be large enough for BA. But again, just they way I'd work it.

I'm using the street version. I plan on sculpting some muscles on him so I can keep the articulation. I have another set of hands coming since he just has a pointing hand and a open hand.

thank u guys!!!! so if i were to get the regular 'boxing' version of clubber, can i get a set of regular hands that would fit the body frm anywhere?? i dnt want the bandaged hands for BA.

Yeah, you would have to buy the seperately... and possible modify some. You might not be able to find HT hands, but you can always mod a non-HT set to work.

ahh right so if i got a non HT set off hands off ebay or somewhere in terms of modication whats needed to be changed??? the wrist connection??

Depends on the hands. But, for instance, if you use Sideshow hands all you need to do is dremmel out the opening on the hand to make it large enough to accomodate the HT peg.

Other companies might require a bit more ingenuity, but typically with a bit of materials you can modify most hands.

ahh right isee, well ill start by looking for a pair of black sideshow hands if there are any out there. that wud be easiest method prob if its jst a matter of making the hole alittle larger to fit the ht peg in.

i found a couple ht clubber langs but didnt wana pay alot esp as its guna be taken out the box and used as a custom??

i also thought about the ear ring, seen as the boxer version doesnt have the feather ear ring, i thought i cud make a small pin hole in the ear and thread a small piece of fishing line through.

another question about the HT clubber figure, will any type of 1/6 male clothing fit this figure or are there specific types that will only fit the body of this figure~?

just thought id ask again, if i got hold of this clubber boxer version, would most 1/6 scaled clothing fit the body or do i need to look for aparticular clothing type ?/

Any clothes will work with that body, but the movement is not easy and you can break the joints easy changing clothes on it.
