I'm new to sideshow collecting. Do they do this often where an item goes from waitlist to available?

Is this due to cancellations and returns? Hopefully the same thing happens to the Gambit EX.

It does seem to happen fairly frequently. In the case of Gambit, he has been out for awhile now, so the chances of him becoming available again are pretty slim at this point, but you never know. Sideshow just might magically "find" some extra pieces in their warehouse one day and make them available to those on the wait list. Good luck!

I've only had one arrive with damage out of about 5. The rest I got on eBay or from another retailer and they were ok.

I have never had issues with any coming damaged, which means...it is still going to happen. Hope not with Ms. Marvel or with anything Buffy related.

I had a broken MS also. I just got my replacement. and yes the service department is so but it looks like jackyln is back so thats a good thing

I have been on Friday the 7th january the harm to the service department reported. Unfortunately I have to date received no response from Sideshow...

use live chat.. it really help to speed some things up. I have done that with my damaged Lara after two weeks of radio silence. The replacement is now under way.
