Does it articulate better because of the phicen body? Might consider doing this myself but I'll wait and see how your turns out before attempting anything.
Yes, Phicen bodies are made of rubber. Way more articulate than classic plastic bodies.

Anyone see this custom? Looks more like the CGI trailer version. Decent.

Way better proportions overall than the stock MT for sure. Replace that head with something more accurate and maybe adjust the blue and this will be the best Geralt I've seen.
Not really. Too many inaccuracies. But still damn good looking figure. Scaletta is still unmatched.

I did it! I had some thread kit in my 1/6 scale arsenal ;) MT thread is too synthetic looking
How difficult did it end up being removing the stitching and re-stitching it? Are you still working on it? I'm considering getting another body off of ebay and trying it on that one so if I mess it up then It will only be on that one. Please share some pictures when you finish so I can decide it it is worth the difficulty. I just got mine today and I think it is an awesome figure, I just wish I could make it a little more posable. But your pics make it look like an absolute pain in the ass.

What's a point of changing body if you still can't get a better articulation bc of the tight outfit? I'm just curious.
I know I'm into minority but I prefer articulated plastic bodies especially when it's covered. Phicen body and time aren't friends.

P.S. while that custom head by a Russian artist is amazing, I think Master Team shaved sculpt is a most accurate and ''professionally painted'' sculpt out there. Especially profile is 1:1. Nine Craftsman sculpts are pretty nice on the promo photos let's see how the final ones turn out. I'm very excited about Ronin figure.

Mine can sit on a 1:6 scale horse. That was my goal. Articulation is way better now. PS: Some of my Phicen figures are 6 years old now. No cracking etc.

This is why Phicen bodies are the best :
Please share the pictures of the fully assembled Geralt with Phicen body. I think your customization will be awesome because the phicen body will fix 3 issues, namely the thin waist, the arms that cannot lay flat and the poor articulation

I'm not sure about the quality of current Scaletta figures, but their older releases were unposeable. I have one figure from them (MGS 2 Snake), and it's basically just a statue with the hands down at the sides. Great tailoring, but the suit is very restrictive.

Did some mods on it like replace the magnet by tie the stealth’s to the straps with thin yarn and bendy wire to hold the crossbow. Also made Manticore Geralt chain weapon.

Not a bad idea with the yarn and bendable wire. I've started doing some modding on mine as well. Including repainting the belt and cod piece. I want to swap the bodies and re-dye the pants and shirt too. I think it will look a lot closer to the game version with some dark grey pants and a light grey shirt.

Finally got mine and i love it! looking forward to that body swap thing you guys doing..
