Awesome. I have the harpy heads and went back to buy more from the guy but his shop is gone. Also bought his notice board. I believe he's located in Russia and the shop disappeared right around the time the Ukraine stuff started.Found an aerondight on etsy that’s supposed to be a keychain, but thought it may work w these figures! A little out of scale but I think it looks excellent!
I'd kill for Olgierd von Everec!Awesome. I have the harpy heads and went back to buy more from the guy but his shop is gone. Also bought his notice board. I believe he's located in Russia and the shop disappeared right around the time the Ukraine stuff started.
Bummer to hear about the poor performance for MT Toys. Would kill for more characters from Witcher 3. Alternate geralts, yen, triss.... Hell I would buy everyone. Dandelion anyone?
Love to hear that people expect a licensed line to happen, but please God not PureArts
I think Damtoys would make some cool witcher figures.Avoid pure arts and star ace like the plague. I rather it be threezero or InArt make Witcher 3 figures.
I agree but I also feel if it's not liesenced figures and they go through their 3rd party brand VTS they'll half ass it a bit. I do think if InArt got to make them and got the rights they would most definitley give us a great sculpt with rooted hair.I think Damtoys would make some cool witcher figures.
That's true. Although I fear InArt would only make Geralt in his Kaer Morhen armor and call it a day. However their figures are REALLY hard for me to pass up, especially that Aragorn.I agree but I also feel if it's not liesenced figures and they go through their 3rd party brand VTS they'll half ass it a bit. Does Pure Arts not make good figures? I have their Aloy statue and I like it.
That's really cool, props tp CDPR.Thought I just make a fun post. But I was playing Witcher 3 PS5 version and it got an update. The biggest thing that people were happy with this change was the Armorer in Novigrad used to say "Top Notch Swords" which was always funny and became a meme, but with the next gen update they removed it and it upset everyone who enjoyed it. Well this newer update patch brought it back but not only that FINALLY! They put the E3 2014 trailer swords (which is what both MT figures come with) in the game, and he sells them. They are relic swords and will be the same level you have Geralt on when you buy them. So say your level 34 they will be that level, if you get them way later at 55 they will be that level. Lol
Right, finally after so long they are in the game. I've wanted to use those swords for years I've only seen them be used on PC but never console until now. That's really cool, props tp CDPR.
Your headsculpts are just flawless. Incredible work of art. Here's what you can do with this Geralt figurine. I just replaced the body, and added small details for the armor + repainted the armor.
• Modified WorldBox AT011 body
• Repainted shirt in grey.
• Toned all gloves and boots, belt and medallion.
• Added details on the lacing of the gloves, stitched seam on the forearm of the glove. Natural ropes have been cut off and added to the boots.
• My heads/sculpts of Geralt are used.
• Hand stitched seam to add detail to armor and gloves.
• Painted seams on shoulder pads and forearms.
• Added rivets that were not originally on the figure.
• Added holes on the fasteners, as well as tinted and darkened.
• Darkened all belts and corset (leather)
• Add scuffs on the bib
• Darkening and repainting chain mail
• Replaced and redone the body.
• Changed butcher hook.
• Changed crossbow
• Changed the handle of the sword.
+ Combat modified version of the armor.
If anyone is interested in more photos of the process, write to me, I will send an album.
