Im thinking about it. They are supposed to make them till the end of the year. Im not too crazy about Museum Replicas as a company thus far since they churned out that Ironman Helmet that was a big disappointment to me, not to mention the continued delay after delay-it reminded me of the wait for the Ironman 1:1 bust we all had.

However, overall it looks screen accurate and would be cool to own. The price if it is indeed leather isnt that bad imo.

Something odd about the price, that is too cheap for a leather jacket; not to mention an officially licensed one?! :confused:

I was thinking the same thing, I mean you could head over to the mall and buy something maybe 50% close to the actual movie style and it would still cost more than $300.

It can't be real leather for that price, unless I missed something?

To all those worried about the quality you can put those worries to rest. Received one today (ordered direct), and it's top shelf. 100% genuine leather. Not that 50/50 PVC crap. Heavy duty stuff. The 25th anniversary logo is embroidered throughout the inside as well as on the zip-out liner. This is a 100% for real jacket. Not just a few pieces of leather slapped together to resemble something worn on screen. This is a real, functional replica of the T1 jacket. It was made to be worn. The asking price seems reasonable to me, since this thing definitely feels like a jacket that will last even under regular wear and is an officially licensed item.

A pic of the resident dork wearing it.

How is the sizing?

What size did you get and what size (number) jacket do you normally wear? I wear a 48 and that's normally considered XL but their sizing lists it as large:
"Available in sizes Medium (42-44), Large (46-48), X-Large (50-52) and XX-Large (54-56)"

AM BUYING...When I have some cash...I want this jacket so bad...

Are the buttons silver or black (like they should be?)

And any pics of the liner zipped out?

Cool! I was tempted to order this but the price seemed to cheap for what it was... Have you ever owned another leather jacket to compare it too?

so whos going to be the first to raid a police station ?.

HAHA, "I'll be back!"

Anyone have one of these in Medium,...and crazy enough to sell it ? :wave

{If I'm breaking any forum rules trying to find a seller of a jacket, don't crucify me, as wanting a jacket and missing it's release in 2009 due to all manner of crazy stuff for me that year, y'know, crazy whacko neighbour cops wouldn't arrest and having to move home...I had some stuff on my mind.Thats bad enough, but missing a jacket I wanted for ...uhm,..last 32 YEARS...and not even knowing about it until NOW....is torture. heh.}
