TDK is the best BR movie I have seen thus far as far as PQ.

I am enjoying TDK and Transformers...

my Blu Ray Collection is small but it will be growing

TDK
Transformers
Wall-E
Iron Man
Indiana Jones KOTCS

(thanks to Walmart for $19.99 BF Blu Rays) and Best Buy for the $9.99 Doorbuster TF!!!

Wall-E or Ratatouille are the best!! Also Blade Runner or 2001: A Space Odyssey! Those are some ^^^^ing BEAUTIFUL transfers!!!!

Hell, I think the Batman Begins is a better transfer than TDK.

Kung Fu Panda gets my highest vote for video/audio presentation on Blu-ray, as of today. I also enjoyed the movie itself, so it's fun to watch and not just good demo material.

I would rank the Pirates movies, Sleeping Beauty, Incredible Hulk, anything from Pixar, I Robot, Hellboy II, Die Hard IV and the Kill Bills very highly when it comes to picture quality.

If TDK is the best BR that you've seen, in terms of PQ, then you need to broaden your BR library. There are far better transfers out there.

i've been watching the new releases via Netflix but haven't seen older films nor all the new releases.

haven't seen any non marvel "cartoons" on BR yet nor the older films or films released prior to their BR release, will have to check them out.

Older movies have the best quality to me, as the "film" really stand out and makes them look amazing! The first time I watched an HD film movie was just awesome. The grain from the film somehow made it look even better!

The Planet Earth series looked so good it was hypnotizing, Cars was totally amazing looking, so was Wall-E, and probably THE clearest movie I have seen on Blu-Ray yet has been Crank. It was shot digitally, no film, only computer hard drives.
