Hey Peter, the helmet looks great so far mate. Nice weathering. I have some plans for some more X-Wing/Snowspeeder pilots myself. The Tomy helmets are great. Looking forward to seeing you tackle Dack or whoever you decide to build.

Thanks Chaka, not bad for a recast is it , I'm working on the visor to add to it was well.
It will indeed be Dak, already got the Jacket done, and a head sculp that I hope will work for it.
Just gotta work out some details then he'll be under way.

Finally got round to one of enuads headsculpts, really enjoyed working on it, detail is excellent and painting it was so much fun.

So here we are, a Duros jedi

I tried to get some definition with washes and dry brushing but didn't do so well, if anyone has a tutorial on how to do both I would appreciate it, figure I must be doing something wrong somewhere, cos the results didn't really work.

The thing I was happiest with was the lightsaber, kind of just fell together and I think it works well.
Its a combination of recast SSC saber, styrene rods and a SSC blade shaved down a little.

Well decided to make a start on Commander Keller using the Obi Wan Clone armor and a recast of the Airborne Helmet.
Lots more to do on this but thought I'd show and tell
Couldn't find much in the way of Graphical info on this guy so based most of it on the Hasbro 3 3/4 figure.
Obviously there is quite a bit to tidy up on the blue striping but quite excited by this one .

Wow, I like what I see so far. I will be watching this! Nice work so far on the Jedi and on Keller. Wish I had painting advice and hints but I have yet to apply paint to trooper.

Been really neglective of my little 12" buddies, I've done a bit of work but haven't posted it, shame on me ........

First off I managed to pick up a Medicom Royal guard so got straight to work molding the helmet so that my shadow guard doesn't have to have the big bulky Hasbro version

Next up, I was hunting High and low for a set Of the SSC boots for a snowtrooper I'd built up but to no avail.
So when my boxed one arrived I set to work.
These are the results, not very creative or custom but hey

Next another Long overdue update on fordo, been trying to figure out how best to do the Pauldrons but while I was waiting did some work on his lower body

Finally this is a completely new project that Fordo kinda inspired along with Spiders Shadow Clone.
I loved how Spidies Clone looked and wanted something clonie that looked similar without ripping his idea off completely.
As I was Doing a Fordo Arc trooper though why not a Shadow Arc trooper
So I set to work but paint job after paint job failed, never known painting clone armor to go so wrong.
Finally after 5 paint jobs I have something that I'm happy to show

Once I had the Armor done I wanted a Unique head sculpt.
I was looking at a really hard look and was browsing the web on Gang related images for inspiration, and alot of tatoo picrures where comming up,..... mmmmmm me thinks

Thanks Spidie, the Bands are just pleather strips glued to the armor at one point , the wrapped around , and glued again, just leaving a bit to curl around, like on the Snowtrooper boot straps
