That will cost you.
So I got two sneak peak tickets to this film tonight... What's to say? Like most horror flicks, it's predictable, obvious, predictable, obvious, weak story and writing.

Having said all of that, the 3D element in this film was amazing and fun, and it has some of the best death/gore scenes in a horror movie, and gets very creative with the 3D element added.

As a normal viewing film, it's a ** flick at best, with 3D glasses, it's a *** flick. **** if you're watching this 3D affair while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I recommend it for the gore and 3D effects alone.

I heard exactly the opposite tonight. Haven't seen it myself, but a friend who heard a review from his sister's teacher's son who knew a guy who read the book based upon the autobiography of the director who filmed the movie really thought this film was good. Its a must see in 3-D.

Haven't seen it myself, so can't comment from personal experience.

I saw this tonight and it was a classic standard issue horror movie.

Don’t go down the mine tunnel!!!! No, don’t go check out that noise!!!!! Oh no I fell down and can’t get away!!!!!!

But even though it had all these clichés it was fun as ^^^^ to watch in 3D.

I had a great time watching it and did my girlfriend and friends. Like Eli said it’s got some fantastic death/gore scenes in it. If you guys want to see something cool I recommend checking it out.

So, the #1 question: any 3-D boobs?

Not just boobies but full frontal. :joy

Saw this tonight, and it was awesome. Gory as hell, great time with wife and friends. Go see this movie if you like 3D kills, gore, boobs, suspense, and laughter.

saw it on thursday night and i wasn't that impressed with it. the gory kills were what made the movie worth it. really predictable, really boring when nobody is being killed/stalked, and the actors are very forgettable.

Some cool 3D effects and gorier than most horror films nowadays. But a horrible script.

And Jaime King, who usually plays the bombshell was the girl next door in this one - I didn't even recognize her until I saw her name in the credits.

I agree that the script is horrible. I watched it mostly for the visuals. The 3D element was well accomplished in this film. You definitely need to turn your brain off to enjoy it thoroughly.

I haven't seen it yet but the original 1981 version was one of my favorites as a kid. Something about the gas mask and miner's helmet creeped me out.
