man those ROCK!!!! who made those?? im asking as theres a guy on my myspace friends list who makes custom kiss figures, he also made a set of motley crue shout at the devil, wonder if its the same dude?

they rock!! did they cost alot to make>?

its probably the same guy,hi name his Farrow,he's curently making me a love gun set as we speak,,they are costly but very much worth it if ur a KISS fan,since nobody else has made any in retail asside from the sideshow 1/4 statues,he's the only one who makes them dead on,,Its to bad nobody has made any 12" FIGURES like Hot Toys or sideshow,I was really hoping sideshow would have since they did make the 1/4 scale,they usually do smaller versions of thier 1/4 scales but it never happened with the KIIS line.I cant wait to get my love gun set,you can see photos of them on ebays past auctions search custom kiss love gun.

yep thats the guy! its farrow for sure. he mailed me back and mentioned about doin a set of crue for around 900. and yeah he got pics of loads of diff kiss era figs on his page. they are def awsome. id love a set if i could afford em.

Farrow's work is indeed good. Eclivery over at the OSW has also been making KISS for quite awhile. He has quite an assortment from Destroyer, ALIVE!!, Love Gun..... One day I willhave to settle down and pick a set. Might only have room for one, so I have to choose wisely.
Where, by the way, is that drum set from??
You might also consider switching a 21st Century Misfits guitar for Simmons and a Sideshow Spinal Tap one for Frehley. Just a suggestion.
Make sure to show us the LG versions when you get them!!

yes those guitars are temps,Im planning on gettin new accurate guitars from this site,he has the right ones in 1/6 scale and also larger and the drum set I got from ebay,

Eclivery over at OSW does fine work also but I font think you can even compare his sculpts to Farrow,I think Eclivery's heads are casted from the McFarlane 12" line and the 1/6 scale busts,am I right?Looks to be. His costumes are very nicely done,,

True, he does not, to my knowledge, make his own sculpts, but his costuming and variety are just wonderful to look thru!!

I checked out the mini guitar site too and those KISS guitars look great. I kind of wish all of the guitars were 1/6!

The unmasked dolls are from Farrow also,It was the set of 6 that came together,these were actually his very first set that he made so he has much improved since then,,I didn't get these directly from Farrow,I got them from someone on ebay who bought them from him a while ago and was forced to sell due to money problems,I did show them to Farrow and he did confirm they were his,,when I got them the hair on Gene,Ace, and Peter were a scary mess,,Farrow told me to just brush them down gentyl with a barbie bruch untill you get a nice enough look and I did just that and the result was much better then before,his work now is flawless,oh my god its amazing,it honestly looks like he shrunk them down to size ,no joke.The love gun set is comming directly from Farrow tho.

Cool! I guess that explains the different look. Someday I want to get at least one of these, I really want an Ace unmasked figure!
