In all my years of collecting, the only broken Item I recieved is the Old West GR.. And its turning into a nightmare getting it back to Sideshow..

They should send you a shipping label. Slap in on and ship it back. SS may be backlogged but will get to it, have no fears.

Oh man...same thing happened to my Hot Toys Ed-209, his foot was cracked clean off, it looked like someone used the box it was delivered in as a stepping block.

Very sorry to see that man , can you get it replaced via mail insurance ?

Mine was USPS, but to be honest, I think it was broken before shipping. That or someone shook the hell out of it with leaving a single dent in the box!

That's all I thought of when I saw what you got... I empathize with you.
It must be agonizing (and I'm happy to say that I haven't encountered it yet) to be waiting impatiently for an item that you want the moment you order it and to finally receive it only to find----- that!

Hopefully you can get in touch with the right people and get a new (unmolested) version.
