And today marks the day I received my giftset. Never having owned the regular Predalien before, I'm in awe; it's huge [much bigger than the alien warrior] and simply majestic.

The scars on top of her head are "Drilled" through, for a lack of better word, and not painted on as with Grid Alien. More building is required for this version than the regular, because you have to attach EVERYTHING to it. Tail, arms and legs have to be attached this time, not just one set. All the joints are impossibly tight.

The figure comes in a huge rectangular box that's fitted inside a slightly bigger plain box with just the AVP Requiem logo and some text. It also has a handle for you to carry it! The Predalien box is easily as thick as two MMS boxes [in my case, Pred 2 and AVP:R Alien] but a little less wide.

The Predalien comes in three trays folded to fit the box, main body on one tray and the limbs adjusted on the other trays basically sandwiching the main body. A slightly smaller, independent cardboard tray is used to house the DVD with the certificate of authenticity [i got...um...1436 of 3000?].

All in all, I'm thrilled with this purchase. Pics will follow shortly.

Oh, also received Cleaner Wolf...not my cup of tea. Like Pred 2, the damned thing can't really stand on its own. I'll probably trade it for other Alien figures down the road.

I'm glad your happy with your purchases.

Cleaner Wolf is not my cup of tea either but my P2 stands just fine! I can also pose him in different ways without the stand. I think it has a lot to do with the feet positions to get the balance right.
