GOOD QUESTION!!!! I posted a thread about this in the "Ask Sideshow" forum. But from what people said, they HIGHLY suggest keeping your waitlist reservation until it is officially closed and SOLD OUT! They say that sometimes Sideshow will fidn some extra inventorty laying around the warehouse *fingers crossed* I'm actually on the waitlist for the Stealth and the Exclusive Iron Man, for a few months now. I know I got on it late, but it's worth a shot.....

Hey man! Thanks! Yeah, Evilbay CAN be pretty shady. But you can spot a PHONY seller from a mile away. If they provide PLENTY of pics, and edition # and they respond in a timely manner, than you should be golden

Yeah if they are right up with the replies and provide you information/pics right off the bat it's a good feeling, there's been sometimes where I ask questions and never get a response from the seller and I'm like "wonder if they are annoyed with my OCD" but then I have to realize that they are not providing information which makes me feel less secure! Annnndd then I'm out, no auction for me on this piece...
