My try at building the 1/6 Scale Falcon Cockpit

I was able to squeeze in some time today and work on the console and chairs. I did a faux suede finish for the chairs.

Still have some minor details to add but I'll get there. I ordered some pinstripe tape 1/64 and 1/32. Hopefully it will be here soon.

You totally need to pick up a cheap LCD screen and have the Hyperspace modeled sky on a loop and put it in the display somehow somewhere.

I wish I could find something small enough for it. I tried to find something for my X-wing but the smallest screen I found is about 1 inch.

I don't like the 1st set of yokes I made. So I tried to make from modelling clay and that was a failure. That didn't work.... I made a second attempt on Solidworks and it came out pretty damm good IMO. What do you think guys?

You should invest in an airbrush. Far superior finish to a bristle brush for the larger pieces.
