Hells yea
I have to admit I was ready for a good comeback so I could see you two go at it. I had my popcorn all ready for nothing.

The hasbro 25th anniversary edition is better
The Autobots display base with voicebox makes this figure all the more presentable in my opinion.
I think it is important that you let your viewers know that this is the perfect representation of Prime in the television show.. it looks very different to the actual Gen 1 toys that were released in that era. I think for allot of people, the toys represent the true Gen 1 look, not the television show.
By the way,

I had the hasbro prime that came with the DVD and gave it to my nephew.
I like the hasbro figure but with time all the joints became so lose I could not pose it anymore. What I love about MP prime is how tough and solid it's made. metal parts and moving pistons ETC...
They are both great figures but the Mp Prime has more features that make it the best figure in my opinion.
Yeah, but Hasbro neutered his smokestacks because they were worried kids would eat them, or something retarded like that.
I got custom ones from Agesthreeandup.com back in the day, though, so I love him. I prefer the "battle damage".
Nice
See... Mine did not come with any DVD. It was made with the same amount of metal parts as the takara (almost, if I remember correctly) but the display base with voice was what really amazed me. I never got around of picking up the Takara rig for the back though...
solidsnake, how much did u get prime for?
over here in malaysia, the masterpiece series (esp mp4s) are very very popular and at one time the prices were ridiculous. but since retailers brought in more to meet demand, u can get em for quite cheap nowadays...
Battle damage... sounds cool
Have a pic?
That is a way more than retail isn't?
