Hi everyone. I just got into collecting and am interested in customs. So far, my collection just consists of the TMNT exclusive polystone statues (except Raphael, he's just the regular statue, no duel summons for me), a Wolverine Danger Room statue, and a ton of action figures. Ordering the District 9 Christopher Johnson and son, hopefully will get that soon. Would like to get the District 9 exo. Oh, and a T-800 life-size endoskeleton would be sweet, but that's waaaaay out of my price range.
I'm looking for the exclusive SS PFs of Wolverine and Gambit, as they were my two favorite X-Men characters growing up. So far, they look pretty expensive on eBay. If anyone has them and is interested in selling, my eBay ID is below. Feel free to message me on there or PM me here, although right now I only have a few posts and can't PM people just yet.
Also bought some loose NECA TMNT figures that I may try to custom paint them myself to match Speedlee's customs (just google "TMNT neca style 2 customs speedlee") . Not real confident about how those might turn out because I have pretty shaky hands, so if anyone is interested in customizing for me (paid, obviously), message me on eBay and I'll give you my email so you can send me pics of some of your other work and can send me an estimate.
I work in the film industry and just finished working on the last two Twilight movies. That series is not really my bag, but I'm glad I got to work on it. I enjoyed working on Green Lantern much more and have been looking for collectibles related to the movie. (Don't get too excited, though, because I work in production, which is basically the most behind the scenes you can get in the movie industry. Movies wouldn't get made without us, though.) If anybody spots some cool Green Lantern collectibles, let me know. I've been eying a DC Direct statue of Hal forming a big punching fist.
Interests - obviously movies, television, sports (NFL, NBA, NCAA basketball), my PS3, and I love cats (yes, felines).
Just bought my first curio display case. I didn't even know what a curio cabinet was a couple weeks ago. Gonna have to customize with LED lighting, adjustable shelves, etc., so I'll be lurking in the "Show your Shelves! > How to display your collectibles" forum.
