If the Lakers don't start playing with some urgency I can honestly see Denver winning the West and possibly the whole thing. They're the ones playing like a team on a mission right now.

damn, that's some funny ^^^^. go shaq!!! :rock :lol:lol

The offseason can be a long time to keep up healthy habits. No one knows this better than 17-year veteran Shaquille O’Neal.
It has been well-reported that O’Neal has worked himself into tip-top shape during his stay in Phoenix, but few know how hard the Diesel has worked to re-modeled himself back into All-Star shape. Besides working with Head Suns Athletic Trainer Aaron Nelson and Ultimate Fighting Champion Royce Gracie on his body during last offseason, O’Neal began watching what he eats a lot more intensely.
In fact, he’s been chirping a lot about his diet on Twitter as of late. Shaq tweeted the other day, “Pwer bar for breakfast Hour of fighting Turkey wrap water n protein smoothie Bout to go wrkout again,” as well as “just had a bowl of heart to heart kashi cereal, not bad, on my way bak to shaq 24 hour fitness, 8 pack here I come.” He even divulged one of his training “secrets” when he linked one of his tweets to a company that makes antioxidant strips that he uses.
Throughout this past season, Shaq has been picking the brain of fellow teammates Steve Nash and Grant Hill for dietary tips, cutting out a lot of unnecessary junk food. But unfortunately, it’s not that easy to avoid junk in the NBA.
One of the customary rituals for the Suns is to have the rookies bring doughnuts every day to practice. And unfortunately for Shaq, it became one of the foods that he refrained from eating.
In his latest home video that he appeared on Yardbarker.com, Shaq hilariously showed how difficult it is from him to avoid Krispy Kreme doughnuts. However, the big fella has remained true to his training and diet, prohibiting himself from the tasty treats.
We’ve witnessed it. He walks right by the boxes.
But at least he’s having fun with the sacrifice. Check out the always comical O’Neal in his video

Artest and Yao are 2 of the funniest guys in the NBA (along with Shaq and Steve Nash). Awesome stuff:

"I've been in the stands before.":lol:lol:lol

holy ^^^^ that made me bust out laughing :lol

Artest may be a crazy mofo, but i'd want that crazy bastard on my team, you know he'll get your back no matter what goes down. Unlike the Hornets who don't stick up for Chris Paul for ^^^^.

I am glad they don't. ^^^^ Chris Paul.

The thing about Chris Paul is he's hitting the floor on purpose flopping half the time. Anyone would get tired of picking him up 15 times a game. LOL.

Last nights Nuggets game was pretty fun, though I don't think anything particularly exciting happened. Pretty straight forward game.

My seats were close, but from that angle it was really tough to judge depth of where guys are standing and shooting from. The foul line looked like it was 4 feet away from the baseline. With their height it seemed like they were always under the basket, but in reality they were six feet away. Weird. I much prefer to sit along the sides even if it means a little further away.

This is my beef with Chris Paul. I had to listen to people talk ^^^^ about the Spurs being dirty and floppers all last year, but this is a guy who does it just as much and is never labeled a dirty player. He intentionally punched a guy in the groin when he was at Wake Forest, but nobody ever mentions that.

interesting. I hated Jordan, but thats because he always beat the Cavs... why don't you like LeBron?

:lol:lol:lol

I'd actually want the lakers to win cause I think there the only team that can beat the cavs.....and I dont want the cavs to win.....but its just so fun messing with you laker fans. :lol
We love to be hated.

Lebron James.
I don't like him either and I think it's mainly 'cause he was annointed 'King' before ever having proven anything. I really hate it when players are overhyped without ever having won a championship.
