He did pretty damn well the year after Jordan left. 55 wins and took the Knicks to 7 games in the conference semis. He was one touch foul away from winning that series.

conference semis....thats only the second round, LeBron just took a horrible team to the conference finals and previously to the finals.

I think Pippin was excellent, but lets not go overboard and say LeBron is not better than he is.

I wouldn't say that either.

optimus prime's homeboy , wtf is it ? jajajajajaajajaaj jesus jajajajajajajajajajajajaja

as a fan of Lebron I'm not down with his not shaking hands after losing. not cool...but I hope it gives him more killer instinct next season. Cavs better figure out how to bring some better talent in or he is good as gone with no rings to show for his time there.

I was gonna post an article about how he walked off the court, not shaking hands or talking with reporters, but I didn't want to get jumped on by the LBJ fans. That's poor sportsmanship, no excuse for it. I HATE losing, but all my life I've been taught that even in defeat you always congratulate the other team.

I didn't watch the end of the game when I knew it was over, but that is poor from Lebron...

his justification is a bit poor too. instead of just claiming "heat of the moment" he is saying he doesn't believe in shaking hands after games at all. ok, then don't expect it from someone else when you win a series.

He is not helping himself at all with that comment.:lol:lol:lol

Definitely not cool, LBJ. Poor sportsmanship won't help your endorsement contracts. And what about the kids who look up to this Guy? Jeez, didn't we all learn to congratulate the winning team in Little League? We had to do cheers for them.

Anyway, time to talk about the Finals. These are clearly the two best teams in the NBA today. I can't wrap my head around how we'll match up with Orlando, though. I think we have size advantage in the paint, especially if we continue with a low post game on O, but we don't match up well with their guards, they're taller and hit 3's like crazy.

I'd say with Home Court, more experience and height advantage, the Lakers have a slight edge, even though Orlando beat us at least twice this year.

Bottom Line: It could go either way, but Lakers have more X factors to rely on if Lamar ups his game consistently and the Lakers bench plays better.
