I would love to see a Shredder and a Splinter out of this line. Don't know which I'd prefer though. With all the fur and tattered clothing Splinter could turn out incredible or horrifically bad.

Hot Toys messed up on Rocket. I imagine a plastic fur Splinter would be worse with NECA's production.

The thing about that cape, though, is that it hasn't quite aged well due to the Zubaz-esque print. IMO anyway.

Yeah he motioned it a couple times and once on an radio Show that he wants to make both Shredder and Splinter.

They did full cloth pants and coat for Mayor Penguin so I could see them doing more full clothing at some point...
