Yeah it’s bs. If you have something in your cart you should have a little bit of time to check out. Even if it’s only a minute or two.

Agreed, but not even Apple guarantees you an iPhone on release date if you have it in your cart. That only happens with movie/concert tickets.

The problem is the whole 2 per customer thing. But Neca clearly doesn't give a ****. I wouldn't either if it is all selling out.

i would care i think and make it one per after all the requests, just to keep the hate back abit. why would they care? it all gonna sell anyways. kinda bizarre based on how fast this is gone they wont make it one per. can def see why they gettin hate, shouldn't but the way this is goin and not makin it one per its inevitable

Lol! The ebay listings have more than doubled from this morning and it’s still going, it seems. And that’s only listings, not overall available units.

At least the difference there is that Apple will eventually release more. Once these are gone they’re gone. I feel like for more limited items like this there should be a better way of handling how they’re distributed. We all know it’s very likely a good quantity of these are just going to scalpers not to people who really want them. I realize to NECA money is money but it kind of is like a big middle finger to fans. You basically have to be really lucky to get one in the minute span before these sell out.

I doubt that. Based on all the people who didn’t get them today here and everywhere else I see them going just as fast. These limited items are such a crapshoot. It’s basically luck of the draw if you get one or not.

Nah, they said 3 days, so they have a specific number for the 3 days. I'm sure they won't even sell them all at SDCC. Last year, the cartoon set was later available on BBTS.

I agree with all of that. But a timer on a cart is just wishful thinking.

I’d be happy if they don’t do the 2 per person at least.

I mean, half of their stock is going to people that don’t even want them anyway of you think about it.

Neca does not care.

Beyond cross-checking orders to make sure obvious attempts at scoring more than two sets are eliminated... they just do not care. They only see dollar signs and not fans. They don’t want to put any more work into policy changes and website upgrades than they absolutely have to. They’ve sunk to TMP levels of disgust, in my eyes.

Of course people are giving up. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an exclusive with this amount of available stock... so seemingly unattainable. People are praying for bootlegs... during an ongoing offering. Dude... think about that for a second. This is nuts.

Actually probably a majority of the sets with be at SDCC. They had plenty of the arcade sets at the show. I don’t remember last year as I ordered the set online. But these are meant to be SDCC Exclusives with just a small portion being made available online (no more than 1/3 I’d bet).
