Hey there guys and gals :)

I couldn't bring myself to pay the eBay prices (some auctions are seriously over $130 fer chrissakes :( ) so I was wondering if a fellow toy lover slash Good Samaritan could assist me in grabbing a 7 " inch Neca Keaton action figure?

I'd gladly pay and or trade

Took a few pics of this guy last night... Still one of NECA's best 7 inch figures...

Great pics Psycho! I picked up a couple of these when they were released. Can't believe it's already been a year. Seems like this figure just came out a couple of months ago.

I noticed the cape on mine looked a little frayed under the neck. The neck hole was definitely getting stretched out.

I don't like the thin little cape much anyway, but I don't wanna spend the money on a custom cape.

Luckily I had an extra Star Wars Black Series Darth Vader cape. It's actually a really nice cape. Thick material. Hemmed all the way around.

I got it on my Batman and it's thicker which is nice, but a drawback is that it's too long. It hangs down past his ankles. And the biggest obvious flaw is no bat pattern at the end of the cape. Perhaps someday I'll attempt to cut it, but for now I'm just keeping it how it is.

It looks great with his arms spread out in a wingspan pose, and it's also able to drape all the way around his body like a cloak. Just has the wrong pattern at the edge though.

No,the new 6" or 6.75" they just announced,if they can do MoS the possibilities exist, besides, they'll have more accessories.

If you're referring to these...

They're impressive but not better than NECA in my eyes, but if that's what you'd rather hold out for, go for it.

I think the DCC Armored Affleck Batman and Zod rival what NECA has done. But Superman, Luthor, Wonder Woman, etc. don't look very good to me.

My hope is that either DCC or Mezco make a 1/12 Furst/Burton/Keaton Batmobile and Batwing from the first film for a 6", 7" sized Batman. Something with all the nice details, lights and features of the Hot Toys, but for preferably this NECA 7" Batman. That would be fantastic. I already own the 1/6 Hot Toys '89 Batmobile, but I'd love one in this scale.

Also, if things go smoothly we should be seeing a 7" Devito Penguin from NECA. That should be sweet.

My hope is for this year to give us 7" scale Devito Penguin, Ward Robin and Bale Batman, that'd be great.

There's a video on YouTube from pixel Dan who talked to randy about more DC 7" figures and randy said we can expect more if the relationship with Warner is good and if another special dvd release is offered. He also stated they have shrunk down versions of the DC QT scales ready when that happens, they were also thinking of subscriptions too.

I think the relationship with WB is good, I think the real challenge is how many deals can you come up with, I think the numbers would show, most people just bought the figures this past year and didn't buy many DVDs because for one, they're DVDs not BR, and two, some of the titles were unpopular, thus why WB needed a deal to help sell them off.

Some sort of non-retail format like a membership group seems like the best way to go and I'd be down for it, such thing could open the door for even Marvel 7" releases.

Exactly, I didn't buy any of the DVDs since I already have them so I just the figures. But I hope they do more.
Found the video go to the 14:05 mark about the DC figures and they address the superman issue.
