Wasn't there a 2 per person limit on the Keaton Batman figures? It's really on the store, they could choose to limit it knowing it's a special promotion to try and ensure a fair distribution, if they don't want to stop scalpers then we're powerless.

We're powerless then. When I bought mine they told me there is no limit. They also said you can choose to buy the DVD or not.

I guess at least my TRUs stand by this. Good luck to everybody hunting these.

It is ridiculous, the bottom feed price I saw on ebay is $80 for Reeve. Amazing for such a QC nightmare figure.

Well the deal with Keaton was you had to get the BR, but it was the Batman 89 anniversary BR, this time, they're just using figures to try and sell off some DVD stock, but people are just buying figures.

I just visited 4 different TRU's in my area of CT and found 4 West Batmen and an empty shelf tag.

that's how I see it as well, which makes sense that for the TRUs that actually put up a display are doing 50% off the figure when you buy the selected DVDs at regular pice.

Bad idea to begin with. It is an over sized Heroclix. I don't know if you saw the Superman and Batman Heroclix in hand yet but they have no movable joints. Just a waste is an understatement. What moron came up with it is a better conclusion

And selling them at same retail is ridiculous

Wish there was an accurate way to see if our local toys r us have these in stock without actually driving to check. Two closets stores to me are 40 min both ways

Tell me about it. Every time I go into a store and they ask if I need any help I don't know what to say. They can't check inventory or if any other stores have them in stock because every item number I have comes up with nothing. I try and explain what it is but I just get blank stares in return. I show them a picture of the figure on my phone and they always say, "I've never seen that."

Yeah, this is just a bad marketing scheme that's untraceable. Wasting gas for hunting all for not is such a pain. I'm just glad my contact was the shipping and receiving manager. It really helped I knew exactly when UPS brought in the Neca figures since this released.

As is, each TRU in my area takes about 40 minutes to almost two hours not counting daily traffic.

No kidding, I spent every day since these were announced to every TRU store and all I see are those damn heroclixs. I was lucky and found west batman and later on joker and another west batman to keep moc. I would have liked instead and wb knowing how popular the Neca figures are they should have replaced these heroclix with 66 robin and either penguin or MOS superman, now those will be much better and these would feel like a full wave of Neca DC figures.

I don't blame you, at least I can tell you they don't get UPS shipments on Saturday, so you won't miss out on that. But watch out for the in store pre Xmas weekend shopping already starting. When I found mine during this week the TRUs were getting really busy and that was on just Thursday.

I'd check the entire store. One of my TRU had the exclusives in the Neca section only ( No Reeve ) and another had nothing in the toy section but in the little shelves in the middle of the aisles I saw plenty of West Bats mixed in with the Mattel 66 bats.

Another had a couple of ledger Jokers mixed in the aisles with the remote control cars.

It's a scattered mess in every TRU I went too.

I can't believe people have been lucking out and find a full display in their stores

IKR, I was just glad that most of the people where basically parents with little kids just shopping for toys, it made it so much easier when my contact got the NECA box out for me, nobody around me didn't even show any interest what he was doing for me.

I was able to take my time and go through the entire NECA shipment with him. Even though there were only two Reeve Superman in the entire gigantic box. He was surprised as well.
