They sending me out another one. The 3rd replacement now.

You should ask the vendor for another, it appears the person who attached your figure in e box wasn't careful enough. My first ED had perfect paint but the right arm was split. My replacement was put together ok, but the paint has minor scratches, and glue marks. I feel like there's no winning sometimes.

It does turn, but it can't spin all the way around without a slight mod.

My ED has the arm cannons slightly bended outwards on both arms. Did this happened to you?

Otherwise is a fantastic toy for the money.
