Those big figures are not 12", they are prototypes called 2ups. I heard NECA has no plans to continue 1/6 line.

That's too bad. Because the 12" Marcus Fenix is great!

As I've enjoyed the games so much I've decided to start collecting the figures and have the following on the way,

Delta Squad box set
SDCC Exclusive Anthony Carmine
"Headshot" Locust Sniper
Chainsaw Duel 2-pack

Once I've got Christmas out of the way I'll start getting the other Locust so I'm up to date by the time the new stuff comes out,can't wait to see how the Boomer looks!

I also hope we get,
Troika turret with Locust
Multipack of Wretches ( 2 normal,2 Lambent ??? )
Something BIG like a Reaver,Brumak or the Centaur

It's not a typo. Uses the same legs and body as the Theron Guard that they released, just with tuned up arm armor and shaved down neck piece, and new headsculpt.

That's why I stopped collecting these, they are mostly just headswaps and slight modifications on the armor pieces. Other than that, all the same. Kinda like Kim on Carmine and Bairds body.

Nice set! I am working on trying to get the Delta Squad Box set myself as my starting piont for these great GOW figures from NECA! I have a small Centaur tank, remote-controlled from Best Buy. The remote-controlled part sucks. You can't drive it far from the controller before...it just stops. It's smaller than the scale of the 7" NECA figures. I plan on doing some "battle-damaged" painting on it to make it look more like it is in the game. It'll still display nice next to the figures after than painting. I'll post pictures of it sometime after I'm done with it.

why is it every box set comes with a new Fenix? i get he's the main character, but it seems a little overkill.

the wave 3 box set has yet another sculpt of him along with a COG soldier, a new Theron and a new Locust Drone.

where the hell is Hoffman, Jack, Dizzy and Tai?

They are working on fitting those sculpts to the Baird/Carmine/Kim body I'm sure. They will even put Jackbot on that body somehow.

Hello to all. Am new here and just wanted to ask if there is anyone here who is going to do a sort of diorama for their figures? Because I was thinking of doing it myself and maybe we all could share some useful tips and stuff.

It would be nice if they redid that body. They seem to like making the body that will be reused a lot very crappy. Like with the Wolf Predator. Only looks 'good' in one or two poses, yet there's like 8 versions.
