All 3 or nothing was my previous position but I changed my mind once I saw Hooper when he was revealed a few weeks back. I realised, so recognisable is he that I couldn't pass on him even if we do end up one man short. It'll be a damn shame if that's what happens but I will try to live with it. And the best possible chance we have of getting Brody - someway somehow - is probably by buying Quint and Hooper.

Yeah, I couldn't pass on anything Jaws related like this, so 2/3 of the crew will have to do...

Someone mentioned before, but maybe an etsy sculptor will offer their version of Brody to pair with NECA's short-stack?

The scale of the head is just fine.

The real problem is the proportions. From the belly forward, it looks great, from the belly back is like 50% the size it should be.

While the Sideshow maquette is way off in the head shapes, the overall silhouette is quite good and certainly good enough for comparison.

This is a good compromise, Neca's rep explained in the linked video that they had to figure out a way to make Bruce at an acceptable price point and shelf size, that also scaled relatively well next to the new 7 inch figures.

I remember Randy said the old Bruce we saw was going to be around $100, that must've been 3 to 4 years ago now, a lot of things have changed since then and it probably wasn't viable for them to make that version anymore.

For what it's worth I'm happy they finally managed to make Bruce and at a very acceptable $60, and that it's not just a big shark but a very nice tribute to the old Game of Jaws. I will definitely be getting Bruce and perhaps Quint, but it sucks that Brody is never coming, so I'm not interested in getting the full line, Neca probably wasn't interested in doing any more Jaws products either so I'm very happy to see they've finally given us Bruce.
