Did a little work on both my 18'' Neca figures, the '78 doesn't get a lot of love but with a little repaint and rooted hair it's a good alternative to the PCS statue for a fraction of the cost. I put together a dio base and quite happy with how it's turned out.
The 2018 has also had a repaint and rooted hair, just need to get another one for a kills conversion now!

Picked up a second loose 1:4 scale for a Kills custom and put together a diorama base to match, flame effects work quite well even at the larger scale. Might have to get a third for Ends now lol.

I’d figured they scrapped this based on the reception to the movie.
…and to be honest maybe they should have. The Ends mask is a really cool design but that head sculpt looks like they started off sculpting present day Shatner.

Hair dryer to make the rubbery part pliable and pull it off the leg area?

I tried heating it up but not peeling the rubber off. Do you mean peeling it off and taking it apart? At this point I would be willing to try anything.

I'm just guessing here, as I have never encountered the problem. I was suggesting heating the "diaper" area and seeing if you can manipulate it so it isn't messing up the leg. Anyone else here got any advice?
