I know it's Fan made but I don't recall seeing some of those Kaiju and Jaeger's in the movie. Unless they were in it for brief shots?

Yeah, near the beginning of the movie there's little clips of each. Hard to make them out though.

I held off on the earlier releases, but pulled the trigger on the new larger size Kaiju release. Still not sold on the Jaegers.

How cool would it be if...this happened?

They haven't announced anything past wave 3. That picture/schedule is fan made and what he hopes will happen. NECA has said no otachi as of now

Ah right. Hope they do release them eventually though. Be a must have!

I-i'm confused; is that a positive or a negative?

I wouldn't be surprised if they lay off the jaegers for a while since when series 3 hits all the "hero jaegers" will be done. On the other hand this might meen series 5is an all jaeger wave; who knows.
It's be interesting to see what kaiju are chosen for wave 4 especially if it's still 4 figures per wave.

I think scunner is a shoe in since they could reuse the body they're using on the soon to be released knifehead and tresspasser.

Due to the new size and price they will only be doing 2 Kaiju. We should hear more about what Jaegers and how they are going to release them at Toy Fair.

I’m really hoping that with these new deluxe sizes and higher price tag we get to see some that they originally weren’t going to do like Onibaba (The crab looking one) Slattern and Otachi. I know they didn’t out right say No never gunna happen but realistically didn’t look likely before the new Knifehead and Trespasser.

Since they'll have already done Gipsy, Crimson, Striker, Cherno and Coyote, I'm gonna need as many monsters as they can muster! Heh.

I hope they do at least Otachi and Onibaba since they're two of the more distinctive looking Kaiju. Slattern and any others would be the icing on the cake. Delicious chocolate icing on yellow cake.

Old news by now for most of you guys, but I'm really happy that I finally got my PO'd 18" Gipsy after 8 months of waiting. Easily the best $85 I ever spent, and my favorite NECA figure to date. After being very happy with my NECA purchases in a span of 12 months (18" Masked City Hunter Predator, 18" Iron Man Mark 7 which I custom BD'd, 18" Keaton Batman, and last week I got the 10" ED 209), I look forward to the next thing they would offer as they have gone a long way sculpt-wise. I wish NECA would also offer Crimson Typhoon in 18" format, my personal favorite Jaeger.

If I get to have time to spare I might just weather this figure a bit, adding more paint chipping effect

Really hope they expand the 18" line for NECA and can't wait to see the prototype for 18" knifehead at toyfair very soon. I asked neca on twitter about expanding the 18" line and they say they were but I think they thought I meant any 18" figures and not just Pacific Rim.

I sold my series 1 and 2 figures on ebay and cancelled my preorders for series 3. Cool figures, but just didn't fit. Got $181 bucks for them, all opened except for series 1 gipsy. Craziness.

Had some freetime, and I made some quick detailing on my 18" Gipsy Danger. Added some paint chipping effects, as well as some small details I based from movie screenshots. I'm really happy with the result If there's one paint detail that I'd highly recommend that you guys try, that would be to have the rim of Gipsy's visor black. Not only is it screen accurate, it's also an easy mod that instantly makes the figure look better
