This is much better than the first release. I wanted all three of these heads with the standard figure, and since they’re all demented and “warped” it helps sell/disguise the body’s odd proportions. Monster hands are a nice touch too.

I wish his would’ve been an accessory pack though and not another full figure - like their Friday the 13th Jason accessory pack. Will get regardless, but now I’m even more curious about what that sewer drain diorama is for. Maybe they really do have a Georgie figure coming?

Regardless, I want to see them make a newly-tooled T-1000 with a ton of add-on parts and alternate heads. Redo the ancient Arnie sculpt too.

You have my respect, McFarlane.

MF never really competed with Neca. When they were at top of their game, Neca was nothing. Then when Neca started to become a serious player, MF was done. MF was a real game changer at the time and I respect that.

:clap I remember when a company called "NECA" acquired the Hellraiser license and I thought "Who are these FU**ER's?? Damn no name companies trying to compete!! MF did put 7" high end detailed figures on the map and I give them full respect!!

That diorama seems pointless without Georgie. That Curry Pennywise doll is such a “blink and you’ll miss it” thing in the movie too so I’m surprised they even bothered with it - I would’ve preferred a static Georgie figure.

I don’t mean to be so negative but overall $30 seems a bit too pricey for this. The sculpted boat is a nice touch though.

I agree. This set shouldn't go over $20-25. The F13 set offered a lot more for less.
The sewer scene looks so ****ing cool though so they will get my money.

Yeah, it looks really nice - I just don’t know how I’d display it. :lol

I especially like how the water was sculpted and the Pennywise head with light blue eyes with shadowing around them.

Jaysus they aren't holding back with this license - quite an astounding array of options. 4 heads per figure? I won't lie, that makes me jealous that I can't get a grinning T2 Arnie from them, a combat headsculpt for Vasquez, a neutral headsculpt for Hudson etc.

Yeah I'd like one of these with every accessory and not 4 different figures. Maybe when the sequel drops they'll do an actual Ultimate.

This is cool, very cool with the light up feature and they've got my money... again. But, I do feel they cheaped out on giving us a full "Judith" painting lady figure. It doesn't look right on that body. And it's not as creepy and elongated as the move:

Here's one head

Here's another. Plus they could include a static Stan body, no likeness required.

Here's another head, and shows some body.

And they could include the painting as an accessory.

Surely they're making enough money off the original body at this point to spend a little on a new mold.

I know we never get a good look at her body because it's always in shadow, but they could of used a little artistic license.

And I was also hoping for a full Leper figure, which we do see in it's entirety.

Maybe they still will...

I sure wish people would stop asking Randy about Pamela Voorhees. For some reason he feels compelled to answer that one every single time someone asks which seems to be weekly.

It's replaced the "Are you guys doing the rest of Dutch's team?" that used to be asked on a daily basis a few years back. :lol

Well that sucks ass.

Maybe MAFEX will step up.

The irony here is that your Username really says it all. Individual figures of the painting or homeless man (leper) would be too niche to sell well. :wink1:

Yep, that's why I picked it. :wink1:

(I also hope one day to start doing customs of all the things I want that'll never be made any other way. TooNiche Customs, all in the name.)

I get it though. Not as iconic as Pennywise himself, but I personally thought the Painting creature was one of the more memorable moments.

And what ever happened to being able to put out a figure and have it sell well without having to have everyone know exactly what it is. Surely kids, who must make up a sizable chunk of the sales demographic, would just look at it and think "scary monster", and the Leper, "scary zombie".
