I just bought a NECA Batman Arkham Knight Batman figure not realizing it will not fit in my Detolfs. At least not without removing a shelf. Since I probably wont be making a habit of getting figures this big I figure I could just get a single properly sized acrylic case w/ black base. I was hoping someone had some good suggestions. White LED lit would be nice but not necessary since I could just wire my own like I did for my detolfs. Another touch I wanted t add was a tiny Arkham Knight logo to put at his feet but for the life of me I cannot figure out what something like that is called (placard/label?).Like a tiny angled sign. There is also the matter of printing it in high res quality. My home printer bites and I cant get my PC colors to match the print. So if anyone knows a place that can make them I'd ideally like it to be a small acrylic stand with the art in it. I was also knocking around having the logo itself straight up laser engraved to the bottom of the front window of a case if possible. The case might need to accommodate a stand unless I can make it stand on its own or find a way to safely and non-permanently anchor his feet to a base.

Frankly I'm open to any ideas as far as display options go. Since I'm relatively new to this type of collecting I was hoping someone more experienced could assist.

For reference this is the figure: https://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/81aBgAzKsJL._SL1500_.jpg

I'd probably pose it just like that.

I bought an acrylic case from https://www.casesforcollectibles.com . It ran me about $160 including shipping. They have many options and you can get the size that you would need for your quarter scale figure. Like you, I recently got my first quarter scale figure (Neca's BvS Batman). I currently have him displayed on top of my Detolf using a Kaiser Doll Stand from Collecting Warehouse https://www.collectingwarehouse.com...-Stands-by-Kaiser/Kaiser-Doll-Stand-3075.html .

I got two of them for about $17 (including shipping). I need two because I recently picked up Neca's reissue of their 1989 Batman figure :). I hope this info is helpful!

That's very helpful I very much appreciate it. I've seen both the stand and that website in my searches so its good to hear from someone who has them and likes them. I was also looking into this: https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=LGS10004&mode=retail

Slightly apprehensive since even though its listed as "New" on BBTS it seems this thing has been around for a while. SS had it a couple years ago. I can't find it anywhere else aside for ebay at inflated prices or coming from overseas. Cheaper with built in lighting but I feel like with my luck it would arrive busted. So the custom acrylic route would be safer but more expensive. Add to that the cost of wiring my own lighting.

You could always use u-clamps to lower your detolf shelf height. I cannot remember what they're called, but they're quite literally a metal U that's threaded on both arms, and you just screw the accompanying nut on. There is a size of them that fits perfectly around a vertical detolf rail and with four of them you can raise and lower your individual shelves.

So THATS what that is in the pics I've seen. Thanks for that. I would do that if i ever got more than one but right now space is limited and I have room for one more case and those shelves already have plans for other stuff already. For the time being i will probably get the detolf and pull the bottom shelf and keep Bats in there with other 1/6 scale Hot Toys. But he will need a new home eventually. I really doubt ill ever get a second this big which is why a single case on top of a detolf is ideal.

There are 1/4 scale cases on ebay made from acrylic with all the lights mounted in "white led" and they are all moveable like spot lights on the top and bottom. Super pretty display case for about 170 as I recall?

Something like this. But this seems to be a guy doing it, but there is also a company on ebay that sells them and I like those a little better I tihnk.

This is the company selling them

And this one is just cheap if you wanna do the LEDs urself. Remember that LED chips off ebay are super cheap. Just bought 100 blue ones for 8.75?? Cheap though.

This is how I would go, hope it helps.
