Freaks! I need Camera advice. I’m looking at purchasing a entry level DSLR. I will mostly use it to take pictures of my family. I’m tired of taking blurry pictures of my kids, who can’t keep still.

I’ve narrowed it down to two choices that I can afford.

The Nikon D3100 digital SLR

And the Canon T2i

I know that the canon has a higher mega pixel, 18 vs 14.2.

Can anyone advise which camera might be best?

counter part for the T2i would be nikon's d90. you can check the specs side by side, anyway, last time i checked d90's are on a downtime sale price ready to be discontinued after d7000 was released. you cant go wrong with those 2 options either way for a dslr.

other than that, you may want to check the panasonic LX5...if you really dont need that dslr thingie going on.
