when u push the lower legs and forearms into place, are they supposed to be so loose that i can just pull them back out? i'm pushing so hard that i think i'm gonna break it, but the arms especially aren't really "snapping" into place. they pull out very easily. any advise putting that bastid together would be appreciated.

At least you have a choice of two.

Put the other Pred head on his staff and raise it high!

Go with the open mouth head. You won't be sorry. Test fit the helmet on if you don't think it'll fit. It will.

thought about that but it's heavy. may just prop his foot on the damaged head lol.

and i had heard that the helmet WOULD fit the open mouth head. it's one of the main reasons i got the Anicom, but it really isn't fitting on the screaming head well at all. i mean, it's hanging there but doesn't look like he's actually wearing it. reminds me of someone balancing a spoon on their nose lol. doesn't fit as snuggly as the closed mouth head. i'm disappointed. am i doing something wrong?

Please don't tell me that Mookey. Mine doesn't get here until Thursday. :(
sorry Dave. at least on mine the helmet fits the open mouth like pics i've seen of the Elder wearing his helmet. just doesn't shove on all the way. it's pretty close tho. if u don't look at the head from the side it looks pretty good heh. plus we get the closed mouth head, tho it feel like i'll break it switching. it went on smoothly after i put the neck hole in boiling water. i shoulda widened the hole a bit tho. i also wish the armor hanging from the waist on the sides were a softer material. the the loincloth type armor IS soft but the side armor is stiff. if it was of the same material as the middle it'd allow more of a spread legged stance. don't get me wrong, this thing is incredible!

as for painting anything on the head, no way. best paint i've ever seen on a fig. may add a lil more gloss to the eyes tho.

My Ani-Com Scar wears his helmet just fine. It's not as snug a fit as on the sour-faced heads but about as snug as the rest of the armor and much more snug than the Elder helmet -- which I can't get on the open mouthed heads at all. I'm sorry if you're disappointed, Mook.

I am working on a photostory with a HT Predator showing how to put the armor and outfit on. It will be called "Dressed to Kill", should be done in a few days :)

oh i'm just a tiny bit disappointed that the helmet doesn't fit the screaming head, but it has the closed head after all. no biggy because other than that, it's a PHENOMENAL fig!! honestly it's a work of art. only way i could see it being better is if the armor was linked metal or something. gotta get me some more lol
