This thread will now act as a place to find relevant and updated information regarding which members have been given negative and neutral feedback ratings.
A few rules:
1) Feel free to post information in this thread; it can be used to update and make any changes
2) This is not an automated system, so for it to work please PM me (or add it to the list) with information on any issues and I will add them to the list
3) Buy and sell at your own risk; feedback is only an indicator of past performance. As we've learned in the past even members in good standing can turn bad; so be careful with who you send your money to or trade figures with.

4) Also remember negative and neutral feedback does not always equal a scammer; there are people on the list with one or two negatives that have since not had any further issues. So like all things use your judgement when viewing the information and making decisions about how you want to proceed with a deal.

Delays happened and then there were claims of medical complications from the seller. A few members did receieve their items, some recieved refunds, but others got nothing or had to file a claim with Paypal to regain their money. C.Howes_Sculptor [-100] For not sending out commissioned items and/or not giving refunds, which he had stated he would do if a customer was not happy with his sculpt. There has been horrible communication on his part. Most customers have not received any replies to their emails and PMs and have been waiting months for updates. You can read about it in any C. Howes commission thread as well as here, here and here. If these people receive their items and/or refunds, these negatives will become neutrals due to poor communication and excessive wait times.

3) Customizers with Negative and/or Neutral Feedback
BlindVoyeur [-100] Many commissioned projects were not completed and while some refunds were given many are still waiting for items or their money back. A refund thread was started by the member, but he has not followed through on any in a long while and is no longer responding to inquiries. You can find information regarding this here
C.Howes_Sculptor [-100] For not sending out commissioned items and/or not giving refunds, which he had stated he would do if a customer was not happy with his sculpt. There has been horrible communication on his part. Most customers have not received any replies to their emails and PMs and have been waiting months for updates. You can read about it in any C. Howes commission thread as well as here, here and here. If these people receive their items and/or refunds, these negatives will become neutrals due to poor communication and excessive wait times.
Darkartist81: [-100] Many custom figures were never completed and communication was very inconsistent. Some refunds did occur and some member recieved partially completed items but there are also still people waiting on items. You can find some information regarding this here
