you should still get it... you can get it used at EB for about $50-60. i've got three of them in the house. everytime i see one i buy it regardless if i need it or not. its awesome when you have them hooked up for a LAN battle. you just need to get a regular xbox and the Line of Contact expansion... both are really cheap too.
