I'd say 1:3 scale lends itself more to museum poses because of their size. When you start going crazy with action poses then it gets very difficult to find space/shelves that have the depth and height requirement to house them.

True... but with the 1;4, simple museum pose in a way. He looks much better. This is just him standing on rocks.
