Re: New Doctor Who 1:6 and 1:4 from Big Chief Studios!
Maybe, maybe not. BCS said they are planning on releasing their bodies so depending on how expansive their expansions are, you could in theory piece together an entire figure save maybe the specific stand. That's also why I don't think they'll be so cheap. I have a feeling though that they'll include different shirts, ties, suspenders but not include different pants or shoes which will cause you to do a little work to go that route and keep people buying actual full figures.
I also wonder how cheap this figure will go for once it start making full import rounds and on eBay. It's still too new right now to predict. It may stay high or it might drop lower, Doctor Who stuff apparently has a tendency to drop a bit in price once they've been around for a while.
If I can score deals Eleven, even if it's just the clothed figure and forfeits everything else in terms of accessories or even box, I would happily three different versions on my shelves.
I'm guessing they won't also offer the option to buy these as different 11 figures. If I want a Ganger 11, I have to buy the ganger expansion and put it on an 11 I already have, or order a new one. Might be a thought to also make it possible to order an 11 ganger as a completed figure....
Yeah, I suspect we'll need a new basic figure for each version we actually want to display at once.
