The first one was terrible. Here's hoping the sequel is much better. I remember the original having a great trailer. Lets hope that we didn't just see the best scenes. CGI was always there, it was the writing and acting that killed the last FF movie. In this trailer all we get to witness are the action sequences which is a given based on it being an action genre film. It has to sell itself in a 2 minute ad. However, because of that it doesn't exploit awful writing or mediocre acting. Again, I'll hope for the best, but if the critics pan this I won't even give this a rental.

I wasnt going to consider seeing this as it seemed like a regular crappy CGI infested Superhero action flick and the original sucked...BUT the trailer was excellent.

Personally I didn't think the 1st one had enough action in it and I just saw it because of Jessica Alba. This second one does not look to bad though.

I think I just came.
I am one of six people on Earth who absolutely LOVED the first one.

That being said, seeing this trailer has made me pumped, and it definitely looks like an improvement over the original!!!!

I have no love for the first, or Alba in this series (she DOES NOT FIT THAT DAMNED ROLE! who cares if you think she's hot, she looks like she's 14, you think 14 year olds are hot? OK sorry, sorry.... opinions, whatever, their overrated)

The trailer looks good, but I don't have high hopes for it. Sorry, but Alba just doesn't fit in the role. I've always griped about it since I saw the first one.

I love Jessica Alba and think she is easily one of the most beautiful people in the world but she is NOT Sue Storm and she never will be. That aside I thought the new trailer was awesome it really showed off the Surfer well....I thought though that Laurence Fishbourne was the voice of the Surfer....it didn't sound like him when the Surfer said "All you know is at an end"...either way I'm more excited about the possibility of a really nice Surfer comiquette out of this film.

The whole Super Skrull thing they're doing with Johny is dreadful, it means they won't do a Super Skrull story since there's nothing special about it now that it has been used before. The special effects were bad in some parts but the Silver Surfer looks great.
Jessica Alba is a very wrong choice for Sue Storm, she looks terrible with the bad dye job and fake blue contacts in, not to mention her acting abilities. They should have never cast her.

Everytime it comes to movies we seem to agree with eachother. GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!
