ok, thanks again for your help. that was a close one. i was just about to post another topic.
know what i think happened? the original thread is just too hard to come by these days and now all i can find are recasts of it.

i started a new topic about this because i don't care enough to use the "search" function.
sabres pretended to be a mod and passive-aggressively posted a link to the search.
i mocked him for said behavior, celticp joined in and hilarity ensued. snoogins.

ancillary: i solved the mystery of whether the furyu hugger was a recast of the halcyon one.

Ideally for me I would want the tail coiled somewhat or ideally poseable for display purposes, 4 feet of straight cast unflexible tail I just aint got room for, also it just looks wrong sticking straight out. Also I dont like the fingers, especially the two front fingers. I think a crouched to jump position would look better.

yeah, same here. and this is like 1/4 the price of the Halcyon kit.
i actually own the original but i never bothered to build/paint it. especially now that i can get the Furyu one already finished.
i think Tsukuda Hobby and Aoshima/Skynet made the exact same thing too.

Well, you see where your not caring to use the search function got ya.

But, I guess that's to be expected from some people.

That's what it's there for and I'm quite sure the Mods/Admins would appreciate you using it...whether you like it or not.

If your idea of 'hassle' is to click 'search' and type in a couple of words, I'm not entirely sure what to think.

Surely typing out a post, providing a link, and then arguing for a few pages would prove to be more of a hassle, than to just click 'search' and type in a couple of words, see the topic you were going to post... and add onto it.
