If you're on a payment plan then there is a penalty ($20 I think) for each payment that has been made, in order to cover costs.

If your payment plan hasn't actually started yet (i.e. you haven't made any payments), or you pre-ordered with intent to pay upon release, then there is no penalty from cancelling.

Thanks for that, I wasn't aware there was a penalty for payment plans since I chose the full payment option.

Tali is probably the only team member I'd splurge for since she's one of my favorites and most used team members throughout the trilogy. I could maybe go for a Kasumi or Miranda statue as well but I'm guessing they are just gonna do the Mass Effect 3 team members, unless maybe they all sell extremely well. If they did a FemShep, I most likely go for it and then might go for a Garrus if can still get got at a reasonable price.
