I've been a faithful NLM customer for 6-7 years now. Alway's got my items, never had an issue until
recent months. I was posting in a thread on OSW about NLM and it looks like a lot of people have
had issues in the last 4-6 months. But I held fast, thinking everything was okay. Graham normally
goes away for weeks at a time on business and sometimes orders are delayed. So I thought nothing of it until
it had been a full 30 days to get 2 in-stock items. Which for the most part I have gotten a shipping
notice within a few days and the items within a week.
Add to it: he closed his eBay store a few months ago and now the nail in the coffin.
48 hours ago, his normal site was up and running just fine, now this....
404 - PAGE NOT FOUND
I could hope for the best, but now I don't think that's realistic. I made a full claim with paypal
And if anyone has an order pending with them, you might want to do the same.
It's really sad, for NLM provided high quality real leather boots, belts, holsters and more for fair prices.
Maybe that's it, if he charged a little more, maybe this wouldn't have happened.
Maybe I'm wrong and I hope that's true. Maybe Graham will come in here and post something.
But the odds are against it.
