At least they're consistant with the movie/tv figures. I've been tempted by the Bauers that have gone before, but this one is how I think of JB now. Of course if I get him, I'll have to get the other 2 as well.

So is Jack Bauer the new Chuck Norris?

:nono Chuck Norris was believed to be the illegitimate father of Jack Bauer until DNA tests confirmed that there was no reletionship and that Jack Bauer could only have been conceived through immaculate conception. Jack Bauer IS the Second Coming and he was put on this Earth to save us all.:newangel

W.W.J.D. - you've all seen those wristbands.

What

Would

Jack

Do?

The answer to this is fairly simple. Shoot a few kneecaps, break a few necks and save the day!

Has anyone found out where to order one of these bad boys yet?

I MUST have a Jack!

Aww man! This new version is so cool!!! I just got the 1st version a couple of months ago, but don' think I can spare shelf space, $$$ or just plain having multiple figures for this current favorite subject matter. Same with Rocky and Rambo, for which I've set in my mind to only have one of each. Bond and superheroes, however, being "all time favorites" and not just "current favorites" is another story...bring em on!

ROFL!!!! That's hilarious. I want Tony with Cubby and Chappelle with a pack of smokes so I can recreate Day 3 6:AM.

carbon-fation,

A thought came to mind about the scale size on 1:6 scale figure market, West verses East. Remember that that the U.S. still measures in “standard/inch” verses the rest of the world measures’ using the, “metric system”.

A 1/6 scale averages in about 12 inches in height in the standard/inch yet if you convert in that, same/average 1/6 scale figure using the metric system, millimeter (mm). The conversion would be, 1 inch = 25.4mm. This means 11.8 inches tall. And depending on the subject these 1/6 scale figures could be larger than 12 inches in height or smaller, i.e. Medicom's Darth Vader or Wolverine (comic version), Hot Toys Predator

Just a thought.

Be Well,

Ben

Thanks for the info Ben, but I was aware of this possibility. This figure looks good and all but I don't think it would fit well with Sideshow and HT figures. But, I could be wrong.

My friend has Day 4 Bauer and I have to say he's a bit too short. I was wondering if his clothes and head would fit on a SS or Dragon body. The thing I don't like about the Medicom figures is the cartoon-looking paint aps.

All I have to say is STUPID METRIC SYSTEM. How dare the rest of the world do something different than the U.S. I mean how dare they come up with something that is easy to measure in 10s, 100s and 1000s.......

Too cool! I am not really a figure collector, I am still holding out for a P.F. Jack Bauer.

But, this does look like Jack from Season 5.

Complete with (as my wife would call it) his purse.
