I don´t understand why you told the international buyers will get their Rattles shipped first.

As far as I know there are nearly 10 collectors from Germany who are still waiting for their trackingnumber.

Are all Rattles picked up together?

That might of been when they were going to ship straight from China I think but due to some shipping drama they all went by boat to the US. I could be wrong.

I'm already irritated with this shipping, if FedEx doesn't pick the rest up today I'm going to be so pissed.

Fedex is a load of Hype! they claim on their adverts and policy's that they can handle any shipment any size and transport goods for several large businesses daily on an overnight service, yet a couple of medusa boxes have crippled them.

You can tell there is no proper management in place for these situations and this sorta thing seems new to them cause theyr taking the piss .

Theres going to be a few unhappy Fedex staff who have to shift all these beautys through their systems and with their reputation of playing basketball with people's packages, I am worried lol

I wont be shocked if they arrive with a couple of foot holes in each box due to the staff venting out their frusteration on the extra work on their shift lol

SS distribution is done different. They have a team who get their products and then distributes them. This is no small thing when you get thousands of different products.
For us its just Arahom and I, we do it all! We are doing the best we can trying to grow this little company of ours, and its important to note we can deliver a high quality product the very same way.
One nice thing is you get this one on one service, which is very rare these days

Once you get this Medusa, I think you will much more appreciate what effort went to making it and getting it to you. I know you will like her!

Arahom has yours guys, he is double checking them for any issues since we dont want to ship them damaged. This delay also allows us to do an even better packing job and check over your instructions for customs.
They are being mailed out as soon as we can

It would have been faster if I would have pogo sticked down to cali and picked mine up and walked back to Seattle....hasn't even been picked up yet...this is ridiculous IMO.

Another day passes and not even picked up....what a ****ing joke. I know from personal experience it doesn't take FedEx 6 days to pick up no matter how much there is, kinda would like to know wtf is really going on down there.
