So yet another distorted adaptation, great.
They just can't make a small series about S.T.A.R.S. it's impossible to make...

Having it as a slow progression of the first three games would be a dream come true.

Start with them investigating the murders near the Raccoon Forrest, send in Bravo and Alpha team and then you could start a season doing RE2.

This is one of those franchises that will never have a faithful adaption for some reason...

And I hear this is ALL Capcom's fault, seriously they are the reason the movies turned out to be the way they are and everything. I remember last year universal studios made a resident evil haunted house (dream come true for a lot of people) but somehow it turned out to be the worst haunted house of the year for the park. it was cheesy and crappy looking because Capcom had their stinky fingers all over it and wouldn't approve a lot of stuff that universal wanted to do.

if this show ends up being bad it would probably be because Capcom messed up with it as well

Whenever Anderson is done with his Milla saga, maybe we'll actually get a quality director in there... but extremely unlikely.

I will never understand Anderson, the guy must have a double personality or something. RE4Afterlife was good but RE Retribution... crhist, that movie has to be biggest piece of **** since the Final Fantasy movie.

How can the same director make movies with such a different level of quality is beyond me

It's weird since I've liked a few of his movies. Mortal Kombat I thought was a faithful adapation to the game and I think it was the best we could ever get out of a film. Afterlife was okay, and it was similar to RE5 a lot but it was based on more of the horrible direction of Capcom. Retribution was horrendous.

His movies are awful and Alice is a terrible character.

Anderson is a really good director but a disgusting writer. Visually his movies are better than some of the other directors in Hollywood (Like the guy that did the ninja turtles movie)

The problem is that he wants to get double the money and write his movies too,
which ends up ruining everything in the process.

He really is not a bad director. I like the way his movies look. he has a good eye for that. Even the three Musketeers looked awesome.

The problem was in how he couldn't come up with a good script for the RE movies or AVP or 3 Musketeers or Death Race. he Just cannot write good stories, They are a mess, full of plot holes, things don't make sense, Not only must he have double personality but he must suffer from Amnesia because some of the stuff in the RE movies never carry to the next one. He forgets have the plot he created when he makes the new movie.

It is really sad because if he only stuck to directing he could have been a lot bigger and not as hated.
