Looks good but too bulky for a ROTS version, maybe it's the jump suit being too 'puffy' but it doesn't look right. Other than good job on most everything else.

heres version 1.5 next to a SSC Ani, there were issues with the suit with this one,i 'thought' id solved it with the newest one, to retain full articulation, some room is needed in the suit plus allowing the sabers power cable to route without unsightly bulges.

ill tale some pics of this new one with an Ani later.

If I may give some constructive criticism:

To my untrained eye the chest box and cod piece look a bit small. Also, I understand the difficulty of finding a solution for the gloves, but it does looks a bit distracting.
I like the mobility the extra "roominess" the suit affords, but it looks too big.

But the mask, the face, the light-up saber and everything else looks amazing!
Congratulations.

good points, i think this ones needs some tweaking, let me see what can be done

He's Beuatiful! After reading Dark Lord I really like the look of the RoTS Vader. Particularly the shoulder bells for some reason. Great show as always, Hurricane!

Another great Vader figure Hurricane, the ROTS armor is my least favorite but this is an excellent recreation of it.

some previous crtiques have been put into play, new larger codpiece, the seam issue on the gloves has been kindof addressed, arms resewn alot tighter, left the legs tho as i feel the baggy look is more true to the ROTS version, alot of the promo pictures show a loose fit in the legs.....pics soon

Dude, that is fantastic news.... I know I cannot wait to have a Hurricane Vader in my hands. It goes to show that even customizers like myself go to Glenn for the best Vader money can buy. Not only is it a very very hard custom to make right, but it's costly. For Glenn to do it and the way he does.... it's really one Hell of a service. I know Ed will be very pleased with his Vader and I am very much looking forward to one of my own. :duff

And Glenn I agree with you on the baggy pants on ROTS Vader. He wasn't bulky enough yet at that point to fill out the pants, it matches with the stills we have of that costume. I trust your judgement 100% man...
