The figure is beautiful...but as some other have said, the costume is un-detailed, not screen accurate, and the head look nothing like Kate Beckinsale.

However you can’t blame them for the price. If that’s how high the biding goes, that’s how high it goes. I personally had a Lynda Carter Wonder Woman get to over $900 with three guys on his heels offering me $1000 for a duplicate figure. Some people just go nuts if they want something, or have more money than the know what to do with.

hehe. i was watching that auction but when it went so far i was out. incredible likeness of Carter! one day when i start pimping the wife out, i'm gonna own one of ur customs!!

watch that sixicecubes guy. i've seen him take existing manufactured figs and do VERY minimal work to them (usually swaping out the bod for an older Medi Cromagnon, [he loves to name drop Medi and get those guys all fired up lol] or adding wire to a hem, ect) then slap them up for $200+ as a "custom". and he ends up selling quite a few, because he takes these beautiful action photos. i've also saw what i think is shill bidding in some of his auctions.

an example i've seen him do often is to take the Spidey that comes in a 2 pack w/ the Doc Ock (cloth costume version. i believe it was a Walmart exclusive. easily gotten for $30-50 for the 2 pack) and swap a medi bod for it (granted it's the expensive newer Massive bod) and that's about it, but i've seen them sell for $300+ because of those killer pics. he does about the same for Doc and it'll sell for 200-300. i'm not talking about this Selene auction because it looks like he put quite a bit of work in this one and it's BIN. just saying watch him.
