New to Sideshow... struggling with Kenobi's feet

Hello Everyone,

I have a modest figure/statue collection and only recently acquired my first 2 Sideshow figures: Boba Fett Mythos and Ben Kenobi Mythos. They are really cool but Kenobi's feet don't quite sit into the base fully. The front peg slides in OK but the rear boot just hovers above the hole rather than sitting snugly inside. Can anyone offer tips & pointers on how to remedy this problem please?

I'm reluctant to be too forceful as the bootstraps look fragile and I don't want to damage the figure.

Congrats on getting the Boba Fett & Kenobi Mythos statues, I have the Kenobi statue but don't have the issue you stated. You can go to the Obi-Wan Kenobi Mythos Statue thread and ask for advise there.

Took your advice Ink and got my hubby to clean the peg whole with a brush. The feet now fit correctly. Your help was most useful. Thank you x
