According to Sideshow Live today, SSC said there will be no lean on this new Wolverine PF.

The thing is at this point, no one will even truly trust the production photos.

So while I imagine those photos will 1) not have a lean, 2) will not show a “shiny” mask and 3) will minimize the other paint issues people have brought up with the face, people are just going to have to get it and decide for themselves now. Or decide that it’s not worth it. You know the professional pictures that they take can (and are) manipulated to an extent to tell the story they want to tell.

the lean is my only really concern with the final production piece. the paint needs to be seen in person before folks freak out. I remember people freaking out about the teeth on the Hulk vs Wolverine dio as well as the teeth on the XM Weapon X based on pics, and after receiving both in hand they were a nonissue IMO.

I think a lot of folks still aren't thrilled about the teeth on the dio. Some spent hundreds of dollars on custom portraits because of the less than stellar chompers on the production portrait.

I don't have any issues with the teeth on Wolvie from the MAQ. From normal viewing distance, the teeth look fine.

That's what I've gathered as well ....from my experience with SideShow.

we don't like upright poses, we dont like captain morgan poses, we dont like hunched over poses. we dont like...blah blah blah blah blah....

These are the times we live in. There always has to be something to complain about. Panties will always be in a bunch until in hand photos are posted.

Trust me the Statue world needs people to criticise bad produced statues, But it needs to be subjective and at least done once the final product is in hand. I’m not a fan of the pics or the lean. But I don’t have the piece in hand, so I won’t trash this piece unless I’ve got it to review it. It does look worrying. But hey let’s just see right

Wouldn't be surprised if they come out and say "this has been delayed. We noticed a fatal flaw in the design and are fixing it." And then release it in 5 months with a rock accessory like Thor.
