Newbie Attempt at Dio

That's so funny. The best part is that because were into it the kids get wrapped up in it. Our son said when he has kids he's going to pass his toys on and be cool like me. LOL. I never thought of it as cool, so much as a great love.

Ah, thank you. I appreciate it. I'm amazed how they respect that boundary. Because of that I think i'm going to buy the boy a Darth Vader of his own.

Yeah, the rock was a last minute addition because it was hard to see depth and texture when it was just all sand.

It photographs a little better in some cases with rock. I had to use too much on the other side so sand didn't over flow off the edge, while trying to build a hill.

This things a constant work in progress, but, thanks man...means a lot coming from the masters of this art.

Are you going to get the C3PO/R2D2 Premium figures? I'm starting to drool at that idea.....yikes....im hooked.

Aw, come on man. You're dio's are legendary. But seriously, means a lot. I just checked out your MF cockpit work.....i'm stunned. STUNNED!! How did you make all the **** pit controls? That's the sort of stuff i want to advance to...and I have absolutely NO experience, except for my first attempt at this vaporator.

Nothing compared to your beautiful work, my friend, but I have to tell you that the compliment meant a lot.

I'm just getting started and after looking at your work with my wife she has encouraged me to work with our son to do some more stuff to encourage the creativity.

The sand dio was probably one of the easier ones. Time to up the ante....you guys are inspiring...and totally nuts. I LOVE it!!!

Man oooohhh man this just gets better..... Love the weathering it really brings it to life.... As for the marmite troopers!!!!!! All time favourites with out a doubt... Maybe you could get skeleton buried in the sand... They do some great dinosaur model kits... You could have the backbone and ribs emerging from the desert.... And they do some cool resin animal skulls that you could add for the head.... All bleached by the double suns of tatoine...keep up the great work and how about a night patrol photo shot to show off the light on the tower... Loving see the pics highly inspiring and motivational man.... Keeeeeeeeeeepppppp going
