1/6 NEXT Hot Toys STAR WARS Figure...?

We've already had a Vader and this one won't look that much different, although it might come with a Hayden HS. Kenobi looks quite plain for a QS and I'd hope the first Kenobi 1/4 would be from ANH. We might get a Third Sister.

That 1/4 Vader is probably one of Hot Toys greatest figures ever made in my opinion and if they do come out with a new 1/4 Vader with the Hayden head sculpt and hopefully a different base a lot of people would buy it, myself included and I own the original. I’m just saying Hot Toys is known for milking the crap out of anything to make extra money

I saw on YT that the unknown Inquisitor is said to be the 4th sister so Inquisitors 2 through 10 are now seen in at least 1 form of media. I don't think we will see them in 1/6 but it would be cool to start with the 4 in this show.

That's why this should have been a proper movie. Not for the story, but for the special effects that it deserve.
I hope Vader won't be a cosplayer.

They have the armor parts from 1/4 Boba so it’s easier to do more Mandalorian 1/4 pieces. We’d see a 1/4 Vader from Obi before anything else lol. HT 1/4 Vader is still my favorite 1/4 figure from them.

I don't mind the Inquisitor looks. That's just me. I grew up watching anime and when they turn anime into live action, the characters are NEVER as good as the animated looks, so yea.

The problem may be that the Pau'ans were shown in Revenge of the Sith. So the comparison between film design to television design is quite noticeable.

I kind of hope to get a new sixth scale version of Vader. I could care less about a quarter scale. I only have the ANH Vader so far and could use an upgrade/second for the collection.

I think it'll be similar to Ahsoka's television design. You either like it or you don't. Ahsoka is one of my favorite characters and, while I wish her lekku/montrals were more accurate to her animated design, it doesn't make it any less exciting to see her in live action.

That’s my guess too, but you never know. I’m curious how bit of a role he’s actually going to play in the show.

I passed on all Vaders because I kept hoping for a ROTS or ROTJ version, but I'm going to pull the trigger on this one if it comes with a great burnt Hayden head. I'm really looking forward to it, not gonna lie. Maybe they'll give him a throne or something too. Beyond that, I'm hoping they'll finally put that CW General Kenobi up for PO. Unless there's some genuine surprises, there's nothing more I want from "Kenobi".

I also think a Kenobi Vader is a pretty strong possibility. Hopefully with a Hayden sculpt that doesn't disappoint.

I don't see Vader as really the throne type, unless you count his meditation ball.

And with the pleather suits, best not to keep the figure sitting anyway.

I think there were some rumours of his Mustafar Castle having a throne or something. But yeah, good call on the pleather bit. Not that I'd have much use for a throne anyhow. My current plan is a joint Sith/Empire (essentials only) display, so realistically only the Emperor could have a throne. And that's if they re-release him during ROTJ's anniversary and I'm able to get him; I'm not spending upwards of 1K for a plastic chair. Otherwise it's waiting for a ROTS or TROS version or something.

But yeah, the Hayden likeness will be the deciding factor for me, even if I'll probably never use it. Otherwise I might as well wait for the inevitable ROTJ re-release. Or the ROTS version during its 20th anniversary. Or the re-re-release from the inevitable Vader pre-sequel D+ series in 2033...

Yeah, there's some concept art floating around of a potential throne in Kenobi but it feels weird to me. Don't know if it'll make it to the final cut. Feels like it's been established he'd either be in his meditation chamber, in a Bacta tank, or stomping around Force choking people in his free time.

There's always going to be another Vader, so I agree, best to find the one that works best for you. I only kept the ANH V2 (with Tarkin) and the ESB versions. With a Hayden sculpt, the Kenobi version would really stand out. Maybe some interchangeable mechanical parts like in the trailer.
